Javier Grajeda is a native of Los Angeles, California. Growing up, he worked for his family's landscaping business, where he first became interested in workers' rights. Javier is devoted to advocating for people who need a voice in times of need.
He is the first person in his family to earn a college and law degree – receiving his Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and his Juris Doctorate from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. Upon graduation, Javier received high honors for his commitment to pro bono service.
Since his admission to the practice of law, Javier has exclusively represented injured workers in Arizona. He serves as the secretary of The Arizona Association of Lawyers for Injured Workers. Additionally, Javier is a member of the Bench Bar Committee, a Committee comprised of Administrative Law Judges, claimants attorneys and defense attorneys to address issues related to the administrative hearing process at the Industrial Commission of Arizona.
In 2010, Javier joined Taylor & Associates. He firmly believes that each client is unique and requires individualized representation. Through this, he enjoys forming working and personal relationships with his clients.
Javier is bilingual and currently serves on the board of Los Abogados. Formally, he served on Arizona's Hispanic Bar Association. In 2012, he graduated from the State Bar of Arizona Bar Leadership Institute.
He lives in Phoenix with his wife, Molly, and two cats.
